Verse from Proverbs

人心计划自己的道路，他的脚步却由耶和华指引。(箴言 16:9)

In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps. (Proverbs 16:9)

No matter how well we plan, we will still need His guidance. Though how many of us often fail to consult Him first? Instead of consulting Him, do we only inform Him after everything's planned, just to ask for His blessings? Or worse still, when plans are heading towards failure, then we start to turn to Him for help, when He doesn't help in the way we want Him to, we start complaining to Him and about Him, but first thing first, did we consult Him in all that we do from the start? Did we place Him in the centre of all things?
