Verse from Deuteronomy

所以你要知道耶和华你的神，他是神，是信实可靠的神；他向爱他和守他诫命的人，守约并且施慈爱，直到千代。(申命记 7:9)

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments. (Deuteronomy 7:9)

Verse from 1 Corinthians

你们应该效法我，好象我效法基督一样。(哥林多前书 11:1)

Be imitators of me, just as I also am of Christ. (1 Corinthians 11:1)

If we want people to imitate us, we must first imitate our Lord. If we have any reason for people to follow our example—if we have any courage to point others to the Savior—it is because of Him, not us.

Verse from Exodus

神回答：“我必与你同在；你把人民从埃及领出来的时候，你们要在这山上事奉神；这就是我派你去的凭据。”(出埃及记 3:12)

And God said, “I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain.” (Exodus 3:12)

You need not be afraid of where you’re going when you know God’s going with you.

我的肉身和我的内心虽然渐渐衰弱，神却永远是我心里的盘石，是我的业分。(诗篇 73:26)

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. (Psalm 73:26)

My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness. (Psalms 38:5)

Only by allowing God to transform us can we overcome the foolish decisions that cause so much trouble. With His loving guidance, we can follow the pathway of godly wisdom.

Verse from Luke

他还用许多别的话劝勉众人，向他们传福音。(路加福音 3:18)

And with many other words John exhorted the people and proclaimed the good news to them. (Luke 3:18)

 Like John, may everything we say and do point others to Jesus.

Verse from 1 John

孩子们，我们爱人，不要只在言语和舌头上，总要在行动和真诚上表现出来。(约翰壹书 3:18)

Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. (1 John 3:18)

When we love Christ, we love others.
