Verse from Luke

哪一个大呢？是坐着吃喝的还是服事人的呢？不是坐着吃喝的吗？然而我在你们中间，如同服事人的。(路加福音)

For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves. (Luke 22:27)

We all want to be great and be served but who is willing to serve? Jesus has shown us what servant leadership is about. He is a King but yet He served the disciples by washing their feet. He showed us what it means to be a servant leader.
